Quite, nice pool, great spa. value for money

The SPA services left a lot to be desired. There was never any availability and basic services like a pedicure etc not available.

location is amazing, side by side next to forest landscape all the way to paddy’s field makes perfect for hiking or jogging as a part of hotel’s guided schedule activity.

Hotel staff were polite and professional in their attitude.

•Misleading room description: the “24-hour fitness studio” was far below Westin/Marriott standards — unsafe treadmill, very limited weights (max 20 kg), no leg machines, tiny outdated gym, not as advertised.•Overall service was not on par with the Marriott brand and fell far below expectations.

Everything was just perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was beautiful, and the view from our balcony was simply stunning.The welcoming and cooperative staff made all the difference. The level of service we received was outstanding, and we truly appreciated the personal attention provided by Mr. Agus and the Restaurant Manager. It was evident that the team is dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued.The cleanliness throughout the property was also impressive. We felt very special , during our entire visit due to the unparalleled attention from the staff.Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

We had booked our stay with Dinner and there was a bit of confusion, however it was addressed by Hotel professionally.

Lack of variety of foods and activities, massage therapy is not good enough.

It was modern and well maintained the staff were also friendly

Unfortunately my room was close to the road so it was super noisy and the menu was rather limited

We totally enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast that offered a variety of cultural experiences!! The quality excellent the taste reliable and the cleanliness fabulous !!! The buffet looked pretty everyday ! Thank you for your attention to details !!

There was complementary photos shoot but when we actually went for it , we get to know that photos are going to be charged ( both digital and hard) except one hard copy being complementary . This could have been explained at the start as the cost for even digital copy was on higher end

We had an amazing stay in the Westin Ubud. The housekeeping and both restaurants team were absolutely incredible. The kitchen used only top ingredients and each dish was made with so much love. The service was impeccable. The kids club had a great activities (no PlayStation) and the staff members engaged with our son beautifully. A big shout out to Chef Taufik for creating the best vibe for breakfast and ensuring the floor was was run in the best possible way. Ashwini, thank you. Junita, I can’t believe that you only worked there for 6 months, absolutely brilliant. Arsa, we loved our bike tour with you. Era, we appreciate you going the extra mile to accommodate our booking. We already miss you so much and can’t wait to be back. Thanks for everything

The best resort to stay in Ubud, a spacious clean room, a super delicious breakfast buffet with friendly and professional staff, a range of activities, and a pool with breathtaking view.

I absolutely loved our stay at the Westin, really high-quality resort with exceptionally friendly staff, a great selection of food for breakfast and a very nice pool with great views.

The property is clean and today and staff are very polite and helpful

Stayed in junior suite on 3rd level. The level of noise inside the room due to the peculiar lobby area on 5th floor and on top of the guest rooms, made for loud thuds and furniture being dragged constantly upstairs very unsettling. Loud Chinese vacationers in adjacent rooms ensured sleepless nights. For a five star hotel I expected sound proofed rooms and quiet nites. I want to give this hotel a favorable rating due the staff, but frankly I cannot say I had a peaceful vacation. Pity.

The breakfast was ok. I like the way the serve the egg at the table.

We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet! The staff were always smiling, attentive, and quick to respond to our needs. The resort is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere

We liked the location and the spa.

Was extremely disappointed with the staff as they did not understand us. They did not stick to their word and kept going back and forth as we ordered a few drinks and they offered us 2 free alcoholic drinks and then charged us for it. The staff had huge communication gap amongst themselves and did not stick to their word. Would not recommend The Westin and will not stay there again.

Everything was perfect. My kids loved the kids room. And morning yoga was amazing ??Very relaxing hotel and very delicious breakfast. Good location close to the ubud center and art market
